^{Rooms and Suites}

The hotel offers the following room and suite options for guests with disabilities:

• Six (6) Accessible Grand Premier King Rooms (one king bed)
• One (1) Accessible Grand Premier Queen Room (two queen beds)
• One (1) Accessible Ginter Suite (one king bed)

^Parking

There are six (6) handicap parking spaces in our valet and self-parking lot located on Adams Street, directly across from the Circle Drive. There are also six (6) handicap parking spaces in our self-parking lot located on Main Street between Adams and Jefferson Streets.

^{Arrival/Departure}

The Circle Drive located on Franklin Street at the corner of Adams is the recommended entrance and exit for all arriving and departing guests. All pathways to the Front Desk, Concierge, Lemaire Restaurant and Elevators 1 and 2 to the guest room floors are unobstructed.

Guests choosing to arrive or depart using either of the Main Street entrances will also have an unobstructed path to the Front Desk, Concierge and Lemaire Restaurant on the Palm Court level by utilizing the Rotunda Elevators 4 and 5 to the first floor of guestrooms (Level 1). Guests will then follow the directional signs toward Elevators 1 and 2, exciting on the Lobby Level (Level L) and arriving at the Circle Drive entrance doors.

^{Public Spaces}

All public spaces within the hotel, including the Palm Court, Rotunda, Mezzanine, Gift Shop and Salon Vivace are fully accessible from all entrances and the guest room floors.

^{Public Restrooms}

The restrooms located in Lemaire Restaurant, on the Mezzanine and near the main meeting spaces on President’s Hallway are all wheelchair accessible. Each contains a handicap stall with grab bars and height appropriate fixtures and countertops. Baby-changing stations are available in the Mezzanine and President’s Hallway restrooms.

The public restrooms located off the Rotunda are not wheelchair accessible. Guests are invited to use the Mezzanine (Level M) or President’s Hallway restrooms on the (Level L).

^{Lemaire Restaurant}

All areas of Lemaire Restaurant are accessible, and the restroom features one handicap stall with grab bars and height appropriate fixtures and countertops.

^{Event Spaces}

Guests arriving via the Circle Drive can access all Rotunda level event spaces, including the Dominion, Commonwealth, Wilson, Roosevelt, Harrison, McKinley and Coolidge rooms by using the Palm Court elevators to the first floor (Level 1), following the directional signs to Elevators 4 and 5 and exiting in the Rotunda (Level L). Guests may follow this same route to access the Empire Ballroom, Flemish Room, Monticello Boardroom and Washington Boardroom, exiting the elevator on the Mezzanine (Level M). Guests can access the Grand Ballroom by using the President’s Hallway elevator (near Salon Vivace) on the Rotunda level.

Guests arriving via either of the Main Street entrances can access the Grand Ballroom via the elevator located on President’s Hallway (near Salon Vivace). The Empire Ballroom, Flemish Room, Monticello Boardroom and Washington Boardroom can be reached using the Rotunda Elevators 4 and 5 and exiting on the Mezzanine (Level M).

The historic James River Conference Center is not wheelchair accessible.

^{Indoor Pool}

The indoor swimming pool is located on the first floor of guest rooms (Level 1) and can be reached from any guest room floor using Elevators 1 and 2. The pool restrooms each have a wheelchair accessible stall with grab bars and height appropriate fixtures and countertops.

An ADA lift is available for entering the indoor pool and signage is posted to assist with usage.

^{Fitness Facility}

The fitness facility is located on Level HC using Elevators 1 and 2. The workout areas are fully accessible. The locker room restrooms in the fitness facility are not wheelchair accessible.

^{Service Animals}

Recognized ADA service animals are welcomed in all areas of the hotel.
