The Jefferson’s versatile meeting spaces and extensive audio-visual capabilities can be customized to seamlessly meet your event objectives, whether you are planning for the whole team to meet in person or require a hybrid format to include virtual participants. Back by popular demand, the Some Assembly Required Meetings Package now includes perks that highlight the value of assembling your team:

  • Up to 50% off applicable meeting room rental rates
  • 15% off all audio-visual equipment rentals, including services for virtual connectivity
  • Complimentary self-parking for all overnight guests
  • One staff room at 50% off group rate per 25 actualized room nights, per night
  • One complimentary gift certificate ($1015 value) for a two-night stay, including traditional Southern breakfast for two each morning and complimentary self-parking, per $10,000 charged to the Group Master (excluding taxes and surcharges)
  • Flexible contract cancellation and attrition clauses

Disclaimers:
Offer valid for meeting dates on Sunday through Thursday between January 2 and November 28, 2024, based upon availability. Groups must contract a minimum of 10 rooms on peak night to qualify. Groups with definite contracts over the validity period are not eligible. Meeting space requirements must be commensurate with room block and number of attendees. Meeting room rental discount will vary based upon meeting space requirements and room block commitments.
